Common symptoms of both type I, and type  II diabetes are; urinating very frequently, and being frequently thirsty. In type I diabetes, a person may experience both loss of appetite and vomiting. In type II diabetes, a person may experience hunger, some weight loss, and tiredness. if diabetes is not managed properly, or is ignored by the person who has it, the effects often lead to; heart disease, stroke, possible blindness, and loss of parts of an entire leg or legs.
